Our team waits at the designated meeting point for that airport with your name on a placard. From there you are walked through immigration, your bags come off the belt without you standing over it, and you leave through the right exit rather than the nearest one.
About the immigration queue — honestly
At Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai there is a genuine fast-track immigration lane and we take you to it. At every other Indian airport, nobody can make an officer go faster — immigration is run by the Bureau of Immigration, not by any ground handler. What we provide there is queue support: an agent at your shoulder, your bags carried, and the right channel found first time. Any company telling you otherwise is selling you something it cannot deliver.
Booking from abroad
Prices are published in INR and charged in INR. You can book from any country, pay by card, and the confirmation and voucher arrive by email. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service, in full.
Arriving with family
The price is per traveller, so a family of four is four. If someone in the party needs a wheelchair, request it from the airline when you book the ticket — it is free — and we stay with them the whole way regardless. Red Carpet Plus adds the lounge, though note that no Indian airport has an arrival lounge, so on an arrival the lounge does not apply.

- Can you meet me before immigration?
- At the airport's designated meeting point, which differs by airport and by terminal. Your voucher names the exact point for your booking rather than promising a spot we do not control.
- Do you help with customs?
- We take you to the right channel and stand with you. Customs decisions are the officers' and are final — we do not interfere with any authority, and no one legitimately can.
- I'm arriving at 2am. Is anyone actually there?
- Yes — the service runs around the clock, and late international arrivals are the busiest window at several of these airports.
