- Is this only for celebrities?
- No — that is the point of the name. It is the same service recognisable people use, and anyone can book it online at a published price. No application, no membership, no invitation.
- What does it actually cost?
- From ₹2,596 per traveller, GST included. Every airport's price is on its own page. Nothing on this site is quoted "on request".
- What is the difference between Red Carpet and Red Carpet Plus?
- The lounge. Red Carpet is the greeter, the porter, check-in and the queues handled. Red Carpet Plus adds two hours of airport lounge on departure, fast-track check-in and a free reschedule.
- Will you skip me past immigration?
- At Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru there is a genuine fast-track immigration lane and we take you to it. Everywhere else nobody can make an immigration officer go faster — immigration is run by the Bureau of Immigration, not by any ground handler. What you get there is an agent at your shoulder, your bags carried, and the right channel found first time. We will not tell you otherwise.
- Which airports do you cover?
- 20 in India: South Goa, Noida, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Thiruvananthapuram, Guwahati, Mangaluru, Kolkata, Tiruchirappalli, Bhubaneswar, Dehradun, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, North Goa, Chandigarh, Visakhapatnam, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai.
- How will my parents find the person meeting them?
- They do not have to look. Our team is at that airport's designated meeting point holding a placard with their name on it, from before the flight lands.
- My flight is delayed. Do I lose the booking?
- No. If the airline delays or reschedules you, we move your booking to the new flight time free of charge.
- Can I cancel?
- Free up to 24 hours before service — 100% back, no deductions, in your account within 5–7 working days.
- What if nobody turns up?
- Show-Up Guarantee: if your greeter is not at the agreed meeting point, you get all of your money back.
- Is the price per person or per booking?
- Per traveller. A family of four pays four times the per-traveller price. Child policy varies by airport — ask us before you book.
- I'm flying in a few hours. Too late?
- Usually not, but a booking made inside 24 hours carries an express charge, and at some airports only the higher plan can be confirmed at that notice. The booking form tells you before you pay.
- Is lounge access available everywhere?
- No. Kolkata and Dehradun have no lounge we can genuinely include, so there is no Plus plan there — you will see one plan rather than a lounge we cannot deliver. There is also no arrival lounge at any Indian airport, so the lounge is a departure benefit.
- Who actually runs this?
- Elite World Services Limited, operating airport assistance since 2020, with contracted desks at each airport. Not a marketplace, and not an app that forwards your booking to a stranger.

- All rates are per person / per head. 18% GST applies — the total shown at checkout is always GST-inclusive.
- Show-Up Guarantee: if your greeter isn't at the agreed meeting point, you get 100% of your money back.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service — 100% refund, no deductions, within 5–7 working days.
- Flight delayed or rescheduled by the airline? We move your booking to the new flight time free of charge.
- Express surcharge applies for bookings made within 24 hours: ₹1,000 (Domestic) + GST, ₹1,500 (International) + GST.
- Buggy / Golf car is operated at Delhi (DEL) and Mumbai (BOM) only, and even there is subject to availability on the day and to the airport's own terminal concept. It is not part of any plan at our other airports.
- Additional guests invoiced separately.
- Child policy varies by airport — please confirm before booking.
- Full charges apply for No-Show on selected plan.
- Minimum cancellation / amendment notice: 24 hours, else treated as No-Show.
- Confirmation subject to availability of service slots.
- Tariff valid till 31 March 2027. Rates subject to change by airport authority.
