Who qualifies for membership?+
Public figures, principals, and those whose recognition makes an ordinary airport untenable. Every application and referral is reviewed individually — quietly, and by a person. No application is approved automatically.
How is my privacy protected?+
Confidentiality is a condition of working on our account. We publish no client list, take no photographs, and confirm nothing to anyone — including the press. Inside our own operation, each person sees only the journey they are working on. What we hold, and for how long, is set out in our privacy notice.
What can you not do?+
We cannot bypass immigration, customs, security screening or biometric checks, and we would not claim to. Those are matters for governments and airport authorities, and every traveller completes them. What we change is who is around you while you do, how long it takes, and whether any of it becomes public.
What does membership cost?+
Membership is priced privately and disclosed only after you are accepted. It is never published. If you belong here, the figure will not be the reason you hesitate.
