For someone who is recognised in a terminal, the hard part is not the flight. It is the forty minutes between the car and the gate. This is private airport assistance for that: a coordinator, the lounge, and at Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Bengaluru a car to and from the door.
Not government protocol — and we say so
Protocol in the official sense — the arrangements a ministry or an embassy makes for an officeholder — is not something a private company provides, and no private company should claim it. What we provide is private assistance: our own people, at a published price, booked like any other service.
What we can do

- Private: a chauffeur-driven Toyota Innova Crysta to or from an address within 30 km, at Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Bengaluru
- Bags handled by our porter — taken from you at the kerb on departure, collected from the belt for you on arrival
- Every traveller in the party booked and met together, with one point of contact for whoever is managing the movement
What no one can do
Nobody can take a passenger round security, immigration or customs, or through a private entrance, at an Indian airport. Everyone goes through the same checks; we stay with you around them and keep the rest of the journey moving.
Only people with a ticket for a flight can enter the terminal. A personal security officer or an assistant travelling with you is a traveller like any other and is booked as one; someone who is not flying cannot come in with you.
Discretion
We ask only for what a booking needs: the travellers' names, the flights and a number to reach on the day. They are used only to deliver your booking, and we do not name or picture any guest in our marketing.
Before you book a larger movement
For a party bigger than a few people, several cars, or a tight connection between two cities, write to us on WhatsApp first with the flights. We will tell you plainly what each airport can do and what it cannot, before you pay anything.
Questions people actually ask
- Can you arrange a separate entrance or skip security?
- No. No private company can at an Indian airport, and anyone who offers it is promising something they cannot deliver. We stay with you around the checks and handle everything else.
- Can my security officer come into the terminal?
- Only with a ticket for a flight — airport security decides who enters. If they are flying with you, book them as a traveller and they are met with you.
- How much does it cost?
- From ₹1,500 per traveller for Red Carpet, and from ₹10,148 for Private with the car. Every airport's price is published; nothing is quoted privately.
- Do you tell anyone who is travelling?
- No. Booking details are used only to deliver the booking, and we never name or picture a guest in our marketing.
