A fair question to ask of any company that says it will meet your mother at an airport at two in the morning.
The operator
CelebAssistance was started by the Elite group and is run by Elite World Services Limited, in airport assistance in India since 2020. The same company takes your booking, briefs the team at your airport and issues the GST invoice.
Airport price. Celebrity standard.
At Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Thiruvananthapuram, Guwahati and Mangaluru, you pay the same price as the airport's own meet and greet service charges on its website (checked 21 Oct 2026). Everywhere else, one published price we set ourselves. GST included, nothing "on request".
The standard is ours at all 21 airports: the teams are uniformed and briefed, and the person who meets you works to our instructions.
What we will not tell you
We do not claim to get you through immigration any faster. On international flights a host stays with you in the immigration queue; immigration is run by the Bureau of Immigration, so we never promise a clearance time. We do not promise a buggy at airports that do not operate one. We do not name the greeter in advance, because staff rosters change on the day and a name that does not turn up is worse than no name at all.
The reason to say all this on an About page is simple: every one of those claims is made somewhere in this industry, and the ones making them cannot keep them.
Why a separate brand
The same service is sold by this company under other names to corporate travel desks and to frequent flyers. CelebAssistance exists because a large number of people assume an escort through an airport is something arranged for other people — famous, wealthy or important ones — and never look up the price. It is published here, on every airport page, before you pay.
