Who you are contracting with
This site is operated by Elite World Services Limited ("we", "us"). Using it means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site describes an invitation-led private airport concierge service and lets you request an invitation. It is not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract for services.
Applications and membership
- Submitting an application creates no entitlement to membership and no obligation on us to respond.
- Every application is reviewed by a person. We may accept, waitlist or decline any application, and we are not required to give a reason.
- Membership, when granted, is personal to the member, is governed by a separate written agreement, and is not transferable without our written consent.
- Membership is priced privately and disclosed only after acceptance.
- You must be at least eighteen years old to apply.
What you tell us must be true
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and is yours to submit. If you apply on someone else's behalf — as a manager, assistant, agent or family office — you confirm that you are authorised by them to do so and to share their details with us.
What the service is, and is not
Our service is assistance, coordination and discretion. It is expressly not, and is never represented as:
- Any ability to bypass, waive, accelerate beyond the airport's own provision, or otherwise interfere with immigration, customs, security screening or biometric requirements.
- Any control over airline operations, flight schedules, airport rules, government decisions or the records any of them are required to keep.
- Any guarantee of a particular meeting point, lane, terminal route or privilege. These depend on each airport's authority and regulations, and are confirmed to you privately in advance rather than promised publicly.
- Security, close protection or investigative services, unless separately agreed in writing.
Availability
Coverage described on this site reflects the arrangements we hold at the time of publication and may change. Where we do not hold a standing arrangement at an airport, we say so, and confirm availability privately before travel.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or impersonating applications, to automate or flood the application form, to probe or interfere with the site's security, to scrape it, or to use it to gather information about whether any person is a client. We may refuse or withdraw access without notice.
Our content
The text, marks, emblem and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Liability
The site is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site itself. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the terms of a membership agreement, which govern the service itself.

How we handle information is set out in our privacy notice.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date above change when we do.
