Privacy notice

What we hold, and what we refuse to.

Version 1.0 · 30 August 2026 · Awaiting review by counsel

Privacy is the product here, so this page is written to be read rather than to be survived. It describes what we actually collect, why, who can see it, and when it goes.

Awaiting legal review This notice describes our real practice and is accurate to the system as built. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel, and the controller's registered particulars, the supervisory authority and the data protection contact are still to be confirmed. Those gaps are marked below rather than filled with guesses.

Who is responsible

Celeb Assistance is operated by Elite World Services Limited, which is the controller of the information described here.

To be confirmed Registered office, company number, tax registration, the named data protection contact, and the lead supervisory authority.

What we collect

When you request an invitation

That is the whole list. We do not ask for a passport number, a date of birth, an itinerary, a home address or a payment method to make an application, and the form has nowhere to put them.

The connection fingerprint

We do not store your IP address. We store a one-way keyed hash of it, truncated, which lets us recognise repeated abuse of the application form without ever holding the address itself. It cannot be reversed into an address without a secret held on our servers, and it is not shared with anyone.

What we do not do

Why we are allowed to hold it

Who can see it

Access is granted on a need-to-know basis and withdrawn when the need ends.

Where it is held

The site is served from a global edge network; applications are stored in a managed database, and messages are delivered by our email and messaging providers. Some of these providers operate outside your own country, and transfers are made under the safeguards those providers offer.

To be confirmed The specific hosting and database regions, the named sub-processors, and the transfer mechanism relied on for each.

How long we keep it

There is no single delete timer, because one rule cannot fairly cover an application, a membership and a tax record. Each class is treated separately.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to what we do with it, or provide it in a portable form. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Write to concierge@celebassistance.com. We will ask enough to be sure it is really you, and no more. Where we must keep something — a tax record, for instance — we will say so plainly rather than quietly decline.

Security

How the service is protected is described on our security page.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the version and date above change with it, and members are told directly rather than left to notice.
