Operating credentials
Someone real is behind the silence.
Discretion is easy to claim and hard to verify. This page exists so that a manager, a security lead or a family office can establish who they are actually dealing with — without us naming a single client.
The operator
- Legal entity
- Elite World Services Limited
- Trading as
- Celeb Assistance — the private, invitation-led tier of the company's airport concierge operation.
- Business
- International airport meet-and-assist, fast-track, porterage and ground coordination, delivered directly and through contracted airport service partners.
- Contracting party
- Every Celeb Assistance journey is contracted with, and invoiced by, Elite World Services Limited.
Awaiting operational verification
Company registration number, registered office address, tax registration and the signatory block are held back from this page until they have been confirmed against the current incorporation certificate. They are supplied in writing on request to any member, manager or family office that asks. We would rather leave a gap here than publish a detail we have not checked.
What we hold
- Directly supported
- Twenty-two airports where we hold a contracted desk, with three more opening and three served through a named partner. This page carries the figure; our public pages do not, because a number is not a promise about your particular journey.
- Arranged locations
- Assessed individually. We tell you privately whether we can operate at your airport before you travel, rather than promise first and find out afterwards.
- Ground partners
- Engaged under written agreement and not published. Naming a ground handler tells anyone watching where our members move.
- Coordination
- A single desk, reachable at any hour, that owns the journey end to end rather than passing you between suppliers.
What we do not claim
The most useful thing a service like this can tell you is where its limits are. So, plainly:
- We do not bypass immigration, customs, security screening or biometric checks. Those belong to governments and airport authorities, and every traveller completes them.
- We do not control which records an airline, an airport or a border authority is required to keep. We control what we keep, and what becomes public — which is nothing.
- We do not hold a desk at every airport in the world, and we will not tell you we do. Where we do not, we say the location is arranged individually — which means confirmed, not assumed.
- We do not confirm, deny or imply that any person is a client. That holds after a membership ends, and it holds for the press.
- We hold no government accreditation, security clearance or certification beyond the commercial agreements that let us operate at each airport. Where a page or a person suggests otherwise, they are wrong.
Verifying us
A prospective member's representative may ask us, in writing, for the incorporation details, the contracting entity's particulars, our confidentiality undertaking, and a description of the arrangement at any specific airport. We answer those questions directly.
We will not provide client references. There is no version of this service in which we produce a name.
